Bikbok top, skirt and belt  – Zara heels – Ray Ban sunglasses – Urban Outfitters bralet – Michael Kors handbag

I loved Parc Guell so much that we shot a couple of looks here. The creativity and amazing colors of the buildings here was completely unique to any other place I have ever travelled to. I cannot recommend Barcelona enough, so if you are lucky enough to have a Euro-trip lined up for next summer, stop here you wont regret it! I decided in contrast to the colorful backdrop to go with a very simple texture filled look. I love the 90’s throwback of the fishnet top, to tone the outfit down a little I tucked the top into a high waisted demin skirt and marked my waist with this cowboy/Texas looking buckle belt. For sightseeing during the day I had a pair of New Balance sneakers ready to go and they worked just as well as these pointy Zara heels.

Bikbok top – Urban Outfitters Bralet – Langford Market pants – Ray Ban sunglasses – Michael Kors handbag – Zara shoes

Happy Saturday everyone! I hope your weekend has been great so far! I kicked off the weekend right with a long fresh run around Lady Bird Lake, for those of you that know your way around Austin, so beautiful! We shot this look in Barcelona at the Parc Guell, I love the fresh colors and patterns that grace the buildings, hopefully you can see some of it in the backdrops of these photos. I decided to go with an all nude attire, I really love this sequined see through top from Bikbok paired with the flared nude pants from Langford Market, simple yet chic!

I still have a ton of photos to post from our trip, so stay tuned for more updates! XX.

Hi there Lovelies! I just finished up my first ever yoga class and it feels amazing! My friend Michelle led the class and did an amazing job! I tend to stick with high intensity type workouts and did not really expect to break a sweat during yoga, but boy was I wrong! By the end of the class I was dripping in sweat, what a great way to kick off my Sunday. Here are some photos we took wandering the leaf-tunnels of Gaudi’s Parc Guell, hope you like them. More looks are being posted today, so stay tuned! XX. Emilie

I love to visit markets when I travel, especially food market. So naturally La Boqueria was on our list when we were in Barcelona. The place is filled with fresh fruits, smooties, salads and delicious macarons. Definately a place worth visiting if you ever find yourself in Barcelona.

One of our first days in Barcelona we left the city to visit Barcelona’s oldest park, Parc Del Labyrinth.  The beautiful old maze proved the perfect backdrop for this look. After touring the gardens, gazebos and labyrinth we were both mesmerized by the surroundings and decided to play around and shoot some more looks. For those of you who follow me on Instagram, you have already seen a little preview of the shoots we did there.

All day yesterday we wandered Barcelona’s streets looking for cute parks, little cafes and beautiful buildings. We stumbled on to this amazing park called Parc Ciutadella, I am definitely recommending this park for anyone who wants to get a good feel for the culture in Barcelona. People were everywhere: picnicking, dancing swing, drinking champagne and playing drums, the atmosphere there was so great. Walking further into the park we discovered this fountain, both being mesmerized by the incredible details we decided to shoot a look here. Do you guys like the way it turned out? Oh, and for those of you who follow me on Instagram you probably saw a very exciting Chanel post being made yesterday, I am so excited to show you here on the blog soon. I hope you guys are having an amazing summer so far.

Kill of The Night

Hi Everyone!
ImageImage

Time to say goodbye to sunny beaches and never getting out of a bikini, unfortunately. As I am writing this I am sitting at the International airport in Riga after a day spent in one of the most unexpectedly cool places I have ever been. For some reason, I had very little expectations (if any) about the capital of Latvia, but as it turns out this city has it all! Tiny colorful streets, great restaurants and the classic gorgeous European churches conveniently placed on every corner. I am not much of an avid phone camera user, but here I felt compelled too document everything (Instagram, get ready).

Yellow on Yellow

July 31, 2013

ImageImageImage

Hi Everyone!

ImageImage

H&M skirt and top/Guess heels/Karen Walker sunglasses/

I was a little unsure how the yellow on yellow on yellow (I know too much yellow in one sentence right?) would look all put together, but I ended up loving how they all played out in the photos with the green tying it all to the backdrop. What did you think, too much yellow or just enough? Today has been a day of laziness, lovely vacation laziness. Well not completely, I was able to work some last minute details out for my anticipated move over the big pond, I cannot believe it’s only a short two weeks away? Crazy.
